The Agentic Scheduler
The engine room, with the lights on.
Most AI tools wait for you to type. The scheduler does not. It holds a list of standing jobs, wakes each one at its time, and gives it to an agent that knows the brief.
What a job is
- A schedule: every 15 minutes, hourly, daily, on chosen weekdays, or weekly at a set time in your own time zone.
- An agent: a set of steps for one kind of work, such as "write and publish an article" or "produce a podcast episode".
- A brief: the subject list, the voice, the audience and the rules for that one site.
- A record: every run is logged with its steps, its result and how long it took.
A real week
What the scheduler has on its list this week.
Taken from the live schedule. Times are when the work is made; it is published as soon as it passes its checks.

Why it holds up
Built to be trusted with the night shift.
It checks itself
An hourly self-audit confirms every job that should have run did run. A missed job raises an alert, not a shrug.
It follows rules
Each site has a written rule book. A trading site gets education only; nobody is told what to buy.
People stay in charge
You approve the brief and can pause any job. Anything unusual is sent to a person before it goes out.
It keeps improving
The scheduler is the same code on every site we run, so an improvement for one arrives for all.
See your own week on this list.
Send us your site and what you sell. We will outline the standing jobs we would give it and what each one would publish.
